No Full Stop acts as the data controller for your personal data under applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

The WithYou service includes this website (withyoufitness.co.uk) and the WithYou mobile application. These are delivered through different technology platforms, but together they form the WithYou service. This Privacy Policy covers the WithYou service as a whole, including the website and the mobile app where applicable.

• Activity duration, distance, and timing
• Interaction with app features

• Device type and operating system

• GPS data during activity tracking, only when enabled by you

Voice messages

• Audio recordings submitted by supporters via invite links
• Supporter names (optional, provided by the supporter)

WithYou uses location data only when you actively start an activity and have granted permission through your device. We do not track your location in the background without your knowledge.

Voice messages are recorded by supporters through a web link. They are stored securely and associated with your activity. They are not shared with third parties and are only accessible within your WithYou account.

Supporters do not need to create an account. Any name they provide is optional and used only to display who recorded the message to you.

In line with Apple's requirements, we disclose the following in App Store Connect:

• Data collected includes contact information (email), usage data, location, and audio content
• Some data (usage, crash data) may be linked to your identity
• We do not use data to track you across third-party apps or websites

Users who create an account can initiate account deletion from within the app via the Settings screen.

WithYou is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or other appropriate means.
