Welcome to WithYou. WithYou is a No Full Stop venture, operated by No Full Stop.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WithYou service ("Service"). The Service includes the WithYou mobile application and the WithYou website at withyoufitness.co.uk. These may be delivered through different technology platforms, but together they form the WithYou service.

By accessing or using WithYou, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

WithYou is a digital platform designed to support users during physical activity — including running, walking, cycling and workouts — through voice messages recorded by supporters. WithYou is not a medical, fitness, or professional advisory service.

To use WithYou, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental or guardian consent if under 18)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws

You agree to:

• Use WithYou responsibly and at your own risk
• Ensure you are physically fit and able to undertake any activity you choose
• Follow all local laws, traffic rules, and safety guidelines while using the app
• Not rely on the app for critical safety decisions

You must not:

• Use the app in a way that could cause harm to yourself or others
• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
• Upload or share harmful, offensive, or unlawful content

WithYou provides motivational and social support only. It does not provide medical advice, monitor your health in real time, or guarantee your safety during physical activity.

You should consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise programme. You use the app entirely at your own risk.

Voice messages recorded by supporters are shared voluntarily. By submitting a voice message, supporters confirm they have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms.

Your use of WithYou is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your data. By using the Service, you consent to this processing.

All content, design, branding, and technology within WithYou are owned by or licensed to No Full Stop. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our branding without permission.

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time, interrupt or suspend the Service for maintenance, or change these Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WithYou is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the Service, including physical injury, data loss, or service interruption. You assume full responsibility for your use of the app.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. This can be initiated from within the app via the Settings screen, or by contacting us at hello@withyoufitness.co.uk.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we believe your use poses a risk to others or the Service. You may stop using the app at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
